This is what became of the Live Earth Piece. A Needlecase! This is the front. At the end of the ribbons I tied beads for protection. I also found some ring shaped beads that symbolizes healing circles.

Hi! First thank you so much for the lovely message you sent over a week ago. Like your life, mine has been quite crazy recently. There really are too many wonderful things going on right now, but I am trying to enjoy them all. I adore your needlecase...especially that it was a way in which to actively participate in a world effort...communication, earth, nature, and great artistry all shared globally...the music via mass media and your embroidery via blogs.
