Yesterday was a public holiday here in Sweden. That means we have three days off this weekend. So far I spent most of my time in the kitchen. Yesterday I made foccacia and bananabread. Today I made a veggie lasagna and a quiche. I love to cook when I have plenty of time for it. Not much fun cooking when you get home from work and you just want someting to eat as quickly as possible. I'm still working on the Beauty and the Beast piece. But something is happening to it. All of a sudden there was a snake...

I love cooking only when I have time for it too... otherwise I do it without loving it...
we have got public holidays tomorrow so I can spend lovely day with my kids probably crafting as today we were in the woods,
