Embroidery Make-Over

I wasn't really happy with this one. It wasn't balanced and I thought something was missing down to the right. I didn't know how to fix it so I decided to put it up on the designwall for a few days and give it some time.

Yesterday I made up my mind. The flower to the left had to be moved down a bit. I removed a little here and added some there. I felt like a plastic surgeon :-). I also covered the backgroud with stitches. This is how it turned out. Now I'm much happier with this piece!

It has more pleasing balance this way.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could do this to ourselves? Hmmm, hips a bit heavy, move some of that to the boobs; then stretch to become a bit taller.....
